- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆In the last 12-13 years that I have been dealing with Cherokee County Courthouse, the office personnel in the County Court Clerks office specifically have always been RUDE!! Just recently I had a dealing with a gal by the name of Whitney and she truly was the greatest person to work with. She went out of her way to assist me and treated me kind which is the only reason I'm even giving 2 stars. To Whitney, Thank you!! The other Thank you and shout out goes to Judge Dobbins, Thank you for always treating me with respect! As for the rest of my dealings, I have been in there as a plaintiff on different cases several times and let me just say...I do believe this Courthouse employs the WORST female judges!! I've had dealings with 3 of them and each have been absolutely awful. The first 2 swindled $350.00 out of me for worthless body attachments that are now no good and really never were, costing me thousands of dollars as the end result. Yesterday, 8/1/2016, I went for my final divorce decree and the female judge that heard my case was simply hateful. She allowed intolerable behavior from my ex husband and basically belittled me when all he did was play her like a fiddle and filled that room full of lies. I knew it could be possible of him but sure wanted to think more of her. She let her power blow up her head I do believe! Here's what I can tell you, she wont ever have a vote from me should she seek employment in the next election. And to her and the rest of them that believe they are just that high and mighty, SHAME on you really!By Erika Kallas, September 22, 2017
