- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you are switching your services to a new address, it's extremely expensive and confusing. The people who work up at the registers don't tell you the same thing. The information is different depending on who you talk to. What management needs to do is to make sure that everyone is trained the same way, so everyone is on the same page. They also need to make sure that the receptionists are responding to clients in ways that help the situation, instead of making it worse. It's amazing to me that there's laws protecting against monopolies like TPWA, yet they still exist. It's a shame.By Becca Claytor, April 19, 2017
